With the intent to not deteriorate from the integrity of all other game inclusions, and legalities, and hopefully offer professional packaging. When funds were being spent in nearly every direction so much attention was spent primarily on legalities, the mold, and other materials. It was clear after Mona visited a local packaging establishment referred by Rita Crompton from The Inventors Roundtable, where a quote was offered primarily on the game pieces alone and did not include the racetrack, that clearly exceeded what she had somewhat anticipated.Focusing on eliminating unnecessary startup expenditure costs, Mona then decided to sew both a game piece and racetrack storage bags, with Magnetarz 4-horse and jockey logos, originally for Los Caballos and then Derbio International. With the assumption, of possibly entertaining the notion of affording customize-packaging geared around each game piece and racetrack at a later date, per progress and protentional sales of games. Mona, then decided to provide a bag tag for both retailers and consumers to be informed about a new product that they might have no knowledge of that is in similarity to front side of the race tickets and provides all game inclusions, does not include playing chips, and direct them to our social media account(s), (at the first run of bag tag prints, Magnetarz-llc had multiple social media accounts, however as of today only has Pinterest.)

The prototype, Los Caballos and Derbio would have surfaced if it weren't for Leonard's lifetime career and dedication to working in a metrology lab that enabled him to instinctively know he would be able to solve all the necessary deliberate precision measurements. When Leonard entertained the notion of designing a horse racing game for a Christmas gift and wanted to use off-the-shelf materials. I don't believe either Leonard or Mona knew that they would be applying for patent applications and eventually obtaining them, in the early conversations of design and prior to any games built. Metrology is a narrowed field that prepared Leonard over a lifetime to wittingly mastermind the required faultless degrees of multitasking layered combinations of programming all comprehensive digital graphics. In preparation for a wide range of size prints on diverse materials, at local print shops for the sticker textured racetrack and all differing designs for (2) twelve sided dice stickers, preferred race tickets card stock weight, bag tags, preferred game rules card stock weight, embroidered logo for the custom sewn bags additionally screen pressed t-shirts, wall-size-banners.

Leonard, then applied his precision measurements skills to fulfill all specs, Figs., and diagrams to the mold in the United States. Most importantly, Magnetarz-llc patent attorney Kley Achterhof had already drawn all Figs, diagrams and other supporting documentations that were submitted to the patent office, for all intellectual, utility and design properties. (That were intentional to only prove the new invention of a horse and jockey miniature with allowance for a magnet and did not include detailed sculpted proportionate configurations of the horse and jockey, and were not intended for the mold company) (Kley Achterhof also provided additional supportive documentation, for Leonards' original racetrack calculated spaces for each horse and jockeys designated spaces and provisions for the vinyl sticker to be used for the steel racetrack Mona had decided on, in the early stages of development.)In any case, Leonard, and Ramona had decided it would be wise to report and provide Kley Achterhof, with all diagrams submissions to the mold company, in order for there not to be any conflicting diagrams. Kley Achterhof, informed Leonard and Ramona that all horse and jockey diagrams submission to the USPTO, did not deviate from the actual concept of the horse and jockey game piece with allowance for the magnet.

Leonard would take several weeks which would turn into several months to finalize programming all the multi-layered necessary graphic dpi fragmented projects. Ensuring every frame, and all graphic layers were proficiently placed exactly and every line was effectively placed and would not settle for anything less, than meeting all of Leonards' exact specifications.Viewing Leonard at the computer for countless hours that turned into several years, to ensure in-depth accurate graphic programming and prolific degrees of measurements. It then would have been interesting not only for historical purposes but also to offer Leonard the accreditation and recognition in a well-deserved and admirable acknowledgment of all of his proven degree of intricate measurements efforts throughout. Where he applied his Metrology profession which allowed him to graphically engineer Derbio International's in-depth magnetic tabletop game contents precision measurements in pivotal applications.

Mona was the graphic director from the onset of the prototype, whereas her designs would continue to evolve as things progressed in designing an international-themed horse racing game who named, Derbio International. As a result, she then started creating digital art images and collections. If it weren't for Leonard spontaneously mentioning he wanted to create a magnetic horse racing game. Most likely none of Mona's graphic art designs would have surfaced without her participation in the development of Derbio International. This opened a familiar interest in art and a new chapter to explore other digital art platforms and other mediums. A window of opportunities had taken place, once Mona viewed Photoshops' colour wheel, a recognizable and very familiar encounter with a colour wheel, introduced to when receiving her Cosmetology license, in 1985 at Emily Griffith Opportunity School. Utilizing her license in Okinawa Japan while supporting Leonards' military career and duties, in terms of moving overseas to a foreign country. Meaning many military wives were unable to accept or acclimate to the living conditions in a foreign country, away from all of the luxuries of living in the United States, who left Okinawa before they had to appreciate learning about the Japanese culture.

Mona, intermittently attended various colour theory courses, locally in Denver, Colorado, attended seasonal hair shows that were hosted by very well educated hair designers in terms of colour knowledge, who visited Colorado just to provided educational colour seminars or hair shows. Mona was fortunate enough to attend hair shows, in Okinawa, Japan that opened an entire different perception of hair colour transformations and a broad range of hair colour concepts and possibilities. That were entirely out of the scope of any prior knowledge, prior to attending a hair show in Okinawa, Japan. All enabled Mona to offer Leonard, her graphic visual when determining exact textures, colours density, vividness, fragment sharpness, textile building block layers, and all other objective infrastructures. Deciding on all counteracting and opposing colour schemes, in order to brand and market an international theme to gamers and consumers alike. With the intent to offer a new product with all game units, to appear as solid and purposeful designs throughout. Selecting each font for their intentional purpose of a main focal point or needed for gameplay logistics. Many focal points were mandatory and some were included in order to add interesting elements.

Mona, drew a configured group of horse and jockeys for Leonard to assemble and include as many outlined horse and jockeys as possible. All led Mona, to start implementing various tool applications and start designing other digital artworks and collections. Depending on the visual for any given abstract, impressionism, or expressionism, the backdrop or undertones are known immediately. PARDOZOO@MSN.COM
It was Mona's personal email account name, that was used for the early stages and development of their business. A name both Leonard and Ramona had decided upon; Pardozoo-LLC, knowingly it would be used momentarily until things progressed and a more defining and more appropriate name was decided upon. That was originally derived during the time of raising four children and the ongoing unforeseeable chaotic time, with multiple schools' schedules while supporting their four children's needs and academic interests and so forth. Pardozoo@msn.com, was the primary email address to converse the concrete legalities, electronic payees, transporting Los Caballos digital files, and to all other legal professionals involved in the development of launching LosCaballosgame.com until thereafter Magnetarz@outlook.com was established for the launch of Derbiogame.com and all other business formalities were conducted through. Through all of the confusion that surfaced, led to Ramona to launch Magnetarz.com aka Derbiogame. website and all the content within.

Seem to have caused concerns as to Who's Who and why there wasn't sufficient evidence of Leonards' accountability, obviously shown prolific precision measurement skills applied in the development of our first launch of Los Caballos.com and then Derbiogame.com. and others unable to piece together how the development was possible, without having knowledge of his incredible skilled background.
Most importantly, a previous derbiogame.com website aired a video of who and where the steel plate was sourced from. In order to provide at a minimum of one video, a very minimalistic website, in terms of only having one premiere product, aside from additional race tickets and t-shirts.

Sourcing, multiple materials, vendors, as well conducting many businesses operations, conversations, through multiple emails and in person.
Seeking new invention advice from the early stages of development through Rita Crompton on a regular basis, and throughout all submissions to the USPTO. Ramona was also in contact with Kley Achterhof, for costly and the most crucial and extreme USPTO submissions, that went through a contingency of unknowns. If all the monies spent would authorize approval from the USPTO. All meetings revolved around Kley Achterhofs and Leonards work schedule, meaning some meetings did not fit within Leonard day time work employer at Lockheed Martin.

Leonard and Ramona, attended as many Inventors Round Table meetings, that their schedules would permit. All outside of Leonards' day time employer and military work hours. Rita Crompton specifically tried to schedule after work hours and doable meetings for all.
Concluding, Leonard Pardo, Ramona Vigil-Pardo, and Kley Achterhof were able to schedule and conduct 3-way phone meetings, when all schedules permitted and no signature signing were involved and Kley Achterhof would explain the process of resubmission, expected fees involved and any other concerns, on extensive costly filings that were disapproved. While other meetings involved re-submissions of original signatures, any time there were any interruptions from obtaining the patents in regards to the USPTO, causing Kley Achterhof to reconfigure, rewrite or resubmit very involved filings. Ramona was ultimately responsible for managing both Pardozoo-llc and then Magnetarz-llc business legalities.
Intermittingly, Leonard was either out of town for his day time employer Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, working at other Metrology Labs and or fulfilling his Air Guard military obligations in state or overseas.

With all of this said, Leonard Pardo was straight forward and made it clear on several accounts, of NOT wanting his name listed on the previous launched websites LosCaballos.com or Derbiogame.com and did not want to write about any of his credentials. Leonard also was adamant about not wanting to offer or write any conclusions about the development for both Los Caballos game and or Derbio International game.

Including all programmed graphics at a at home computer (the most amount of time spent), all game(s) constructed, and the most involved game development conversations with Ramona Vigil-Pardo. Regardless of all the pressure, reasonings and attempts of Ramona, offered Leonard of the much needed and valuable information, in order to inform the general public on what made the foundation of game(s) possible. Leonard was persistent of not knowing, Lockheed Martin Aeronautics or the Air National Guard perspectives or adaptation to an entirely different field of work, when working with Ramona and might have pertained to conflict of interest of not knowing all the logistics, legal justifications on how all of the development was made possible during his commitment to both.
One of Leonards' most fundamental credentials, that enabled his ability to carry out and proceed effortlessly, throughout all developments.

Was Leonard's life time involvement when applying his precision measurement skills on multiple devices for both the military abroad, at Lowry Air Force Base as well as with Lockheed Martin Aeronautics. Without knowing, might have drawn them to jump other false conclusions, inaccurate ideologies and more importantly question the identity of the rightful developers unequivocally being Leonard and Ramona combined efforts.
Through all the misconceptions, Leonard and Ramona were simply trying to market Los Caballos and then Derbio International magnetic table top games. Neither had any prior knowledge of filing for patents, marketing an entirely new product, launching websites, or social media marketing.
All caused Leonard, to have a substantial amount of concerns for both Lockheed Martin Aeronautics and also his commitment to the military Air Guard. Rightfully so, without knowing exactly who to have a conversation with when both have locations in and around the United States and abroad.

Magnetarz-LLC is a result of Leonard and Ramona collaborating to design a magnetic horse racing game that turned into a prototype. Aside from the horse and jockey game pieces (Leonards' intellectual design from the beginning), that were sourced in China, all other materials were sourced locally and were afforded entirely by Leonard's income on an as-needed basis, due to Leonards' conservative on many other household priorities and the strain of sending some of his children to a private school. The name Magnetarz derived from Mona wanting to incorporate the word magnet in order to represent the development of a magnetic horse racing game. Whereas is also closely related to Magnetarz' marketing colour magenta used in the game rules plaid and throughout the website. After several weeks of contemplation and brainstorming, Mona had related her notation of notes, of various names that included the use of Magnet. During this time of discussion, Leonard returned home from work one day and reported the scientific name for stars is Magnetars.
It was this during this time period we searched for domains, the only available close was Magnetarz.com and Derbiogame.com were both purchased.

It didn't take long, for both Leonard and Ramona to be equally concerned about locating an inventors' group after the first built game was gifted for Christmas, after viewing the shown interest. Neither Leonard or Ramona had any prior knowledge of designing any sort of product or prototype, graphic design, domain hosting, search engine optimization, website design, legally obtaining patents, or copyright legalities nor had any previous involvement with an inventors' group.
Most importantly is the reason both felt the necessity to seek legal advice in this narrowed field that would offer accurate and factual knowledge on legally protecting a new product and invention. Rita Crompton, the lead speaker and representative from The Inventors Round Table, happened to be giving a presentation at one of Leonard and Ramona's sons' visits to a charter school, interested in enrollment for the following school year.
From that point on, Leonard and Ramona participated in as many meetings as their schedule allowed. Being educated with in-depth and lengthy discussions; of the significance of legally protecting ownership of a new invention and all the content. Leonard and Ramona then continued to follow all of Rita Crompton's advice on legally protecting our magnetic tabletop horse racing game.

Rita Crompton had concluded after viewing our prototype to be advised by Kley Achterhof, who has a number of years of experience as a practicing patent attorney, helping his clients obtain patents from the USPTO. Kley Achterhof served as representing all legal documentation to the USPTO, for both Leonard and Ramona's magnetic tabletop horse racing game. Over the course of several years, Kley Achterhof submitted multiple pages of lengthy descriptive patent objectives, when attempting to have both a utility design and utility intellectual properties approved by the USPTO for Leonard and Ramonas' magnetic tabletop horse racing game.
In some cases, there happened to be either a discreditable concern in a certain objective, in the application and was rejected due to formalities. Kley Achterhof then had to strategically rewrite the area of concern, diagrams, and figs, and resubmit the entire intellectual property application. In a certain area and in a very specific patent attorney dialect, in and of itself seemed foreign. Nevertheless, suddenly every word, concerning the disapproved patent objective, became of the utmost importance for both Leonard and Ramona.

Both Leonard and Ramona then, started to decipher and unravel every patent objective, anticipating every response from the USPTO. In fact, Leonard Pardo and Ramona Pardo aka Ramona Vigil magnetic horse racing game applications for both Utility Design and Intellectual Property were eventually approved by the USPTO.
That took several years to obtain after an abundance of Kley's Achterhof's relentless due diligence of patent attorney language submissions, over the course of several years. At times seemed almost impossible that they would ever get approved after several scrutinizing years of many unknowns. Kley Achterhof took a considerable amount of effort in order for both the design and utility intellectual properties to get approved by the USPTO and is owed all accreditation serving as both Leonard and Ramonas' patent attorney and legally protecting our magnetic tabletop horse racing game, by the USPTO. FUNDING 71
LOS CABALLOS, DERBIO INTERNATIONAL, LEGALITIES
As stated, (read sections 18, 19 and 20) all of the prototype, Los Caballos, and Derbio International game development(s), materials, and legalities, were all afforded and entirely funded by Leonard Pardo life time commitment to both employers Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, and serving in both the Air Force and the Air National Guard over the course of a lifetime. Each supplied, Leonard Pardo to have regular pay checks, in addition to additional hours spent at either job, additional travel, assignments abroad, that all funded every bit of all that is mentioned throughout the Developers I, II, and III.
Although, as much information that was provided there were many mistrials, learning from our mistakes, and other error expenses. That still have not been recouped when venturing into an entirely different scope and realm of normalcy prior to developing a new magnetic tabletop horse racing game, that both Leonard and Ramona never imagined we would be filing for patents in the early stages of development.
AS A MATTER OF FACT 72
ALL OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGHOUT
THE DEVELOPERS PART I, II, & III
IS ALL FACTUAL CONTENT(S)
All of the crucial evidence and informative content was made available, due to the substantial amount of confusion when Leonard Pardo and Ramona Vigil aka Ramona Pardo, made Derbio International available to consumers DBA Pardozoo-llc and then Magnetarz-llc domain(s) and website(s) named Derbiogame.com and sales were made.
Although, to be expected for both Leonard and Ramona, having no experience in an extreme complex field of in-depth legalities, formalities, while launching a new product, although spent a fortune on a competent web-designer there were many unfortunate misconceptions about our new product and theme. That ultimately, caused Magnetarz.com aka Derbiogame.com, to be under construction for several years, in regard to providing answering all misconceptions, concise informative and crucial factual through the Developers I & II, III T, Newsfeed as well as our Business Procedures Blog The Bookies Column pages. Most importantly, through our Terms and Conditions and Privacy page.
May you have blessed day.
